Dinner 3 Sept 2013. Fried potatoes from last night’s leftover baked ones. Kefta Kabobs: beef and lamb fine blended with cinnamon, allspice, cumin, black pepper, parsley, onion. Basically, like the Kibbeh, but without the bulgar. Really good. Plus the basic tomatoe salad from our garden. Lots of fresh tomatoes every day now.
